After the success of its first edition in Rio de Janeiro, Chefs Week arrives in Lisbon for its second edition, from 7 to 15 November 2026. A week devoted to the very best of gastronomy, wine and culture, set to turn the Portuguese capital into a great stage for experiences and encounters at the table.

Created by blue Travel magazine, Chefs Week brings together some of the most acclaimed Portuguese and international chefs, celebrating creativity, flavour and the art of hospitality. This year, the State of Rio de Janeiro is the guest of honour, strengthening the historical and cultural ties between Portugal and Brazil through one of their most extraordinary expressions: gastronomy.

Highlights of the programme include three exclusive banquets at the Ajuda National Palace, where leading chefs from Lisbon, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro come together to create one-of-a-kind menus, paired with great Portuguese wines, in a setting of rare beauty and elegance.

But Chefs Week is also lived throughout the city. More than 30 Lisbon restaurants are joining the event with special fixed-price Chefs Week menus at lunch and dinner. A chance to discover new restaurants, return to old favourites and get to know the creativity of their chefs up close.

The celebration opens with Essência do Vinho – Lisboa, Portugal’s leading wine experience, bringing together around 400 Portuguese and international producers and creating a unique bond between two worlds that complement each other: wine and gastronomy.

Nine days to discover, taste, raise a glass and celebrate Lisbon at the table. From grand banquets to restaurant experiences, Chefs Week is an invitation to experience the city through its flavours, its people and truly memorable moments.
